Welcome to The Galleries of Africa: Egypt. The Ancient Egyptians had a complex society that spanned thousands of years. By examining the objects they left behind, we can get a glimpse into the daily lives of the ordinary Egyptians.

Work in small groups to explore the gallery and discover what it was like to live and work in Ancient Egypt.
